Reiki and Shamanic Energy healing are holistic practices that work with the universal life force to restore balance in body, mind, and spirit—promoting deep relaxation and well-being on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
Reiki, rooted in the teachings of Mikao Usui in early 20th-century Japan, uses gentle hand techniques or distance sessions to channel healing energy. This lineage, passed down through generations, preserves the purity of Reiki as a natural healing art. Shamanic healing, drawing on ancient traditions, helps clear energetic blockages, reconnect with inner strength, and harmonize one’s energy field.
In my practice, I offer distance healing sessions that integrate Reiki (Mikao Usui lineage) with Shamanic Healing using the technique of shamanic journeying. These sessions produce effects comparable to in-person work, and some people report experiencing even more profound results.
